Finally Done (?)

I’ve wanted a storage piece to go on our landing for a while- but I couldn’t find anything (cheap) that I liked or would fit. Finally over the summer (yes, it has taken that long to finish this) I found this at a thrift store. There is no before pic- sorry, just a middle of sanding pic. And we only had to get the brown paint- the blue paint and new handles we had. It finally got finished last night. We don’t love the shade of brown, but it’ll work for now. I’m still debating whether to add detail decorative painting in the blue contrast on the top and side. Do you think I should?
