I didn’t chose the field of education and go to school (and grad-school) to sit in meetings, answer parent emails or do paperwork all day.
My day:
-4.5 hours in meetings
- 2 doing email/paperwork.
-Only 1 hour of my day was spent teaching.
Notice which number is smaller…..

My friend is a pre-k teacher at a private school here and she said the parents are extremely competitive... I couldn't imagine! Your brave!!
