THE House

A couple weeks ago I mentioned that we were, at last, going to do an inspection of our (not so) short sale potential house. It went pretty well, all the big stuff (roof, chimney, foundation, etc.) is in good shape.  There are some minor outlet electrical issues and in one of the showers the hot/cold water is reversed. Oh, and the lovely owners didn't bother to put the pool cover on, much less properly winterize it.

Mostly, the house just needs some major love painting , and cosmetic work.  If Kim can transform a house with holes and graffiti on the walls,  then I can handle funky layouts, strange bathrooms and bad paint colors.  We are moving forward with the house and hope to close at the end of the month.

A few of the "masterpieces" are below.  If you're extremely interested bored check out all 63 poorly taken, with1 one room missing, inspection photos click HERE.

Get ready for lots of " I need your feedback on this______________ (insert- paint color, art work, mood board, furniture here) pleezzze" posts .

I'm so excited for you! Paint is such an easy fix (but boy oh boy, they loved stripes, didn't they?).

Can't wait to see it all come together!
