Remember how about a month ago I was having a lack-of-pumpkin issue?  Well, I've now overcompensated- I have 20 cans.  And my mom has 14 waiting for me come Christmas.  I'm a happy girl! And I'm all set for next year, I heard the shortage will be worse next year due to the flood in the early fall.

What have I made? Good question- photo was taken with "photo booth" which somehow caused the label to be mirrored. 

pumpkin pull apart bread- good but gets stale fast (even when covered) and a bit time intensive 

pumpkin snicker-doodles- I added cream of tartar, otherwise in my mind it isn't a snicker-doodle.  Next time it needs more pumpkin but everyone at work loved them. 

In addition to the pumpkin baked donut holes from a few weeks ago.

I feel like I found gold when I come across pumpkin at the store! I have a really good, really easy pumpkin recipe on my pinterest board.

I just used a can of pumpkin in a risotto...SOOO good! I would love the recipe for the pumpkin pull apart bread (might that be pinterest?!)
