New Homeowners Update

Well, we closed on our house a little over a week ago (last Fri), and in that time we've:
-made a dozen trips to Home Depo (ps- I hate HD)
-spent a lot of money- thank goodness for the Obama check
-done a lot of demolition

-completed an equal amount of drywalling

-framed in 5 doors

- eaten lots of unhealthy food (and girl scout cookies were delivered this week)
-made a huge mess
-found maggots and lots of black mold in the fridge- immediately added refrigerator shopping to the list for this weekend
-discovered that the oven doesn't work- we aren't sure why yet

We have yet to clean a bathroom, but we did buy 28 gallons of pain last night.

Don't be surprised at my lack of regular posting for the next few weeks.
