Trip Advisor

Soon it will be our third anniversary.  For the past two we've taken little mini-breaks.  The first year we went to Vegas and the Grand Canyon.
We got "married" at a drive up wedding chapel.

Last year, was year two.
We spent a night on Assateague/Chincoteague Island.

This year we've been too busy to plan until now.  Since we've waited until the last minute flights seem to be out of the question.  Even the train to NYC is bit pricey.  While we could drive to NYC, we decided if we're going to drive somewhere we should try a new spot (although I LOVE NYC).  So, we are heading to Cleveland, we'll be there for 3ish days.  We'll also spend one night in Pittsburgh.

This is where I need your help.....
Who has been to Cleveland or Pittsburgh?  Where should we stay?  Where should we eat?  What should we do?  What can't we miss? What should we totally avoid?  Anything cool on the drive?

I have been to both places and personally I would choose Pittsburgh over Cleveland. I have no travel advice to offer though.

And yes Kelly the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is in Cleveland and that's about it...

I love that you guys take a trip every year for your anniversary! I hope that we will have some sort of cute anniversary tradition too!

Oh my God!!! Why was I not consulted? Don't take offense to this, but are you out of your mind?? I'm from Cleveland and Mariani is from Pitt. They don't call it Pitt for nada. Seriously --- NYC!!! Or even DC, but heavens no to Cleveland !! Let me think of more worthwhile places and get back to you!!
